Agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use LaunchKit AI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
Billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Your plan's monthly credit allowance is added to your balance each month, and unused credits carry over while your account is open. Credits bought as a top-up pack are a one-off purchase and stay in your balance until they are used.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages can interrupt it.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we lawfully can.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
