What we collect
Your name and email address, the workspaces you belong to, billing details held by our payment processor, and the content you send to AI features.
Why we collect it
To run your account, provide the product, bill you correctly, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.
Processors
We share the minimum necessary with the services that run the product: our hosting and database provider, our payment processor, our email provider, and our AI provider.
AI content
Text you send to AI features is transmitted to our AI provider to generate a response, and is stored in your workspace so you can read the conversation later. Delete a conversation to remove it.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account we remove your personal data, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can download a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from the Account page. You can also ask us to correct your data. Contact us and we will respond within the period the law requires.
